My hope is that what I share helps people uncover internal feedback loops that cause stress, fear, self sabotage, unworthiness, & more so they can live as their true selves.

To be honest, reading that sentence sounds like a lot of woo-woo bullshit you would see in a late night infomercial or a byline of a book in the self-help self-published section in a 99 cent store.

 

I’m going to share all the ways that I’ve caused chaos in my life, what it took for me to finally seek help, what worked, and what didn’t. 

 

I’m going to talk about the things that most people don’t, I’m showing up “naked”.

Based on outside appearances, I have a lot of privilege. I’m a cis white male living in the United States and I didn’t grow up super poor or in a rough neighborhood. What could I possibly have gone through? Glad you asked, here’s a bullet list of my qualifiers;
